The Pacific Ridge community participated in the Amazing Quest September 3. Dozens of teams raced each other to complete a series of challenges. It was unveiled that the school’s Arts and Technology Center will be renamed the Ogle Center for Arts and Technology after Head of School Dr. Bob Ogle.

The Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation held their annual gala “Discovery Gala 2017 – Clue, The Mysteries of Agua” on July 15 at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. Mitchell Thorp Annual Pillars of Hope Tennis Smash

Carlsbad Educational Foundation Supports Music!

The Carlsbad Educational Foundation (CEF) Board recently approved grant funding for Carlsbad Unified School District’s music programs in the first semester of the 2017-18 school year. The projected cost is between $250,000-$300,000 for the school year. This grant provides each elementary school the opportunity to offer 45 minutes of weekly music instruction to every student.

Mix together
-1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
-1/4 cup of light Soy Sauce

-Sprinkle black pepper and granulated garlic powder (or fresh) directly on chops

5th Annual Carlsbad Spirit Benefit Concert

The 5th annual Carlsbad Spirit Benefit Concert at the Stag and Lion Pub and Grille raised $26,000 to provide scholarships for Carlsbad High School seniors.
