Switchfoot’s BRO-AM Benefit Dinner

The stunning evening included an incredible Silent and Live action experiences, Five Star cuisine and imbibements, along with a private Switchfoot concert. Mix together
-1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
-1/4 cup of light Soy Sauce

-Sprinkle black pepper and granulated garlic powder (or fresh) directly on chops 

-Pour the liquid over them and rub lightly into chops.
-Put them all in a baggie for at least two hours, refrigerate.

-Marinate for 7 hours

-Take out of fridge an hour and bring to room temp.
